Too much nori?

Is nori feeding self limiting? My tank lived on ONLY NLS pellets in the auto feeder for months. My stock is heavy on grazers, so I have been adding a half sheet of nori each day for the last 3. The Foxface and Kole love it. Is daily too much? Both fish (and the other 7) are fat and healthy, so they certainly haven't been starving without it. So props to NLS as a food. Colors are great too.
Should I continue to do the nori thing daily and they'll only eat what they need?

Daily is good. These guys eat algae every day in the ocean
