The exceptions are places like Yourreef. where John goes out of his way to make sure he has a great selection, but trust me John works his bum off to get everyone that great selection, that usually requires repeated trips to Hayward, and LA to "cherry pick" the distribtors, and to have resources and connections that only a long time in the hobby and industry will provide.
