If you could have a tool box for your aquarium, what would you stock it with? Test kits, spare pumps? Please chime in!

Let's see:

-Test Kits
-Spare Vortech Wet Side
-Super Glue Gel
-Aquamend
-Flat Worm Exit
-TMPCC
-Fluke Tabs
-Refractometer
-TDS Meter
-Duct Tape (Solves all your problems)

I would also have a spare return pump, but that wouldn't fit in a tool box lol.

Ohh this is a good one! I was trying to figure out a way to keep my little one out of the fish chemicals (9 months old), I think I'm gonna use this and put a small lock on it!!!

Thanks! (Any other suggestions?)

Gloves, tweezers, turkey baster?

- Turkey baster
- Giant kitchen tongs/tweezers
- Windex
- Paper towels
- Cheap toothbrush for cleaning parts
- Measuring spoons/cups
- Syringes (no needle)

Adding on to what others have said:
Cheap tube stockings for carbon/phosphate media
Painters tape (no residue)
Nitrile gloves
Fragging supplies
Spare impellers
Small air pump
Spare (old usually) halide bulbs

The list goes on and on really. Its more of a "whats in your fish closet" than anything else.

Do not forget to add plumbers tape, plumbing putty, wire cutters (to cut frags), razor blades, bucket, zip ties, and towels (you can never have too many towels).

My toolbox consists of the following:

Frag cutter - for cutting frags
Aquamend sticks - for mounting frags
Super Glue Gels - see above
Frag plugs - for propagating
Turkey baster - for blowing detritus off of corals
Sponge pad - for cleaning the tank sides
Small toothbrush - for cleaning the overflow teeth and pumps
Zip ties - for impromptu aquascaping
Plastic tongs - for plucking acro crabs out of the colony before Interceptor dips
Refractometer - for testing SG
Refractometer Calibration Fluid - to calibrate the tool above
A myriad of test kits - for testing water params
Credit card - for scraping coralline

Here are some things I use...

Airline tubing - drip acclimation
clothespin - drip acclimation
rubber bands - rubberbanding stuff and things
eye dropper - target feeding
small espresso cup - thawing frozen food
two spoons - crushing up pellet food that my clowns think is too large
microfiber cloth - wiping off front glass, wiping up spills
shamwow - for when I forget to turn off my rodi...
clip-on fan - cooling the tank
nitrile gloves - not touching bristle worms

I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff...
