My preference might make you drive a long way, but the selection at Frank's Tanks rarely leaves me displeased. Tranquil Scape is a nice place to visit and you can see their 1000g display reef with a 23" gigas clam. Fish Gallery isn't reopened yet (due to fire damage), or I would recommend that as a place to visit. Plano Pets is a pet store with a nice saltwater section and the owner is a club member.

you'd have to do it on Saturday as he's closed on Sunday, but Frank's Tanks is my fav spot.
