top off for phyto?

should i top off my phyto culture while it evaporates over time?

i harvest my culture every 12 days and the water level decreases due to evaporation. i'm afraid of accidentally crashing my culture due to a rise in salinity.

keep it almost sealed, i used to use big ziplocks bags and had vitually no water loss.
