Topping off the tank due to evaporation should be done with RO/DI at least daily, if I understand your question correctly. Good luck

Most use kalkwasser (lime water) in their topoff.

Kalk or just RO/DI. Do not add anything else to your top off water.

If you are going with a different calcium/alk approach other than kalk you would only put the RODI.

If you get to where you need more alk and ca in the water (based on your test results) kalk in the topoff is an easy and stable way to get it in.

I agree with the others No supplements to top off water, just plain RODI. You won't need to dose anything unless you get corals and then mostly it will be LPS and SPS that will need dosing. Leathers and other soft corals don't use much of anything. Your salt mix has everything you need already in it.

You don't need to add anything. Kalk is great, but you will need a calcium and alkalinity test kit

You really should just add rodi. Kalkwasser should only be added if something in your system is depleting your calcium and alkalinity like growing hard corals. Even if that is happening, you need to adjust the apconcentration based on the system's uptake.
