Very nice photo's. I have the same problem with light reflection still trying to figure out how to get great pictures with out that dam shadow...

Turn off some of the light (the tube light) then move the hood off a little and take picture where light reflection is not there. Adjust white balance as needed to compensate for color due to abnormal light condition.

build a box out of acrylic, it allows you to get the camera lens below the surface of the water. this allows you to take perfect pics under full light and flow.
