Torch coral help!!!!

I bought this torch coral from my lfs and told me he just turned the lights on so all the heads haven't opened up. Of course dumb me I believed him. I bought it Friday and the two heads in the middle haven't opened and the polyps starting on the middle head started falling out. Please help me with advice what to do thanks !

FYI, this coral is a LPS, so you might have a mod move it to the LPS section.

To assist you we need

Water chemistry? Ca/Alk and Mag as well as Ammonia/Nitrates if this is a new tank.
Age of tank?
Amount of flow?

Are any other corals in close proximity?

Ph - 8.4
Calcium - 420
Alk - 9
Salinity - 1.025
Medium flow and the tank is about 2 years old I have lots of coral that is doing fine. It's only been in the tank for a day

I'd do a iodine dip. It could be an infection.

I have paraguard by seachem. Would that work ? In my area I don't have many options.

I would dip it and put it lower with less flow for couple of days
