Torch Coral looks BAD - is there any hope ?

For Christmas my wife got me some corals. a couple days ago we notices one of them (a torch coral) was partially closed. I thought nothing of it, the cleaner shrimp was hanging around it, so I figured the shrimp spooked the coral and that's why it was closing.

Well, it never fully opened :( And last night it looked BAD...like, falling apart bad. We don't have a lot of corals - still fairly new to the reef tank thing. But all the others are looking healthy and happy. I tested all water params just the other day. Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate are all virtually nil. Calcium, Alkalinity, Magnesium are ok. Salinity is right at 1.025 and PH is 8.39(ish)

So..anything I can do to try and save this thing ?

Any idea what's wrong ?

Torch corals are an LPS corals and you might to post it there.
Have you tried and move it to a different spot with less flow. also Do you acclimate before placing in tank.

a lot of lps are bottom to middle placement corals, that require moderate to low light and medium to low flow, so my best advise is to probably relocate to where it will satisfy all of those. It doesnt seem to be pulling from the skeleton so it doesnt seem to be params.
