Hey folks, i have a question about a torch coral that i've had for awhile now. The pe is not what i expected it to be. The tenticles arent long and flowing they are more sbort and sometimes thin or stubby. I have it in medium flow and medium light and can' t figure out what i am doing wrong. I have a frogspawn that is doing very well with no problems and figure that if the fs is doing well then the tc should be as well. Can anyone with long flowing torch tenticles help me out. i got it as a visual replacement for a anemone so i wouldnt have to worry a out it moving around. Help please.

here ya go, i know there are different typs of torch corals but i' ve seen my kind with long tenticles. I know mine can have longer tenticle because it has done it before on some rare days.

This is pe is on a ok day. On a really good day the pe is easily triple this length. I just dont know how to make everyday a really good day for this coral.

I would say to much flow they like lower to moderate and no if one type of euphylia ( not typed right) is doing fine does not mean all should be fine.

I try to spot feed it but it doesn't pull the food in its mouth. The guy I got it from when he had it the tenticles were super long(4-5 inches). Now when I have it they barely extend a inch. I use t5 lights but he used compact flourescents and had more flow on them.
