Torch Coral question?!? help... I guess....

Came up to make sure everything was cool with the tank and my torch looked like hell, and was spitting out this brown stuff... any ideas??? I cant find any pictures of a torch spawning so is that what it is??? If you guys look in the FTS thread you can see it in all its glory... it never looks like this, and its now starting to go back to normal.....

Its just letting go of its old zooanthelle, it will be normal in a little while.

hummmm... could this be bacause I just put a new light system on the tank???? I have acclumated it in 2 hour increments...

It could be, but they normally do this once in a while anyways. You will definitely see your corals dump zooanthelle a lot more times in your tank. I was freaked out too when I first saw mine did it, once I knew what it was don't even pay attention to it anymore.
