I put a healthy torch coral in my aquarium yesterday. Today one of it's 3 heads has retracted it's polyps and has a mostly clear appearing slime covering it. The slime goes all the way down to where it's base meets the substrate. It's in an area of medium indirect flow and not yet under too strong of light. The other two heads appear to be fine. Is this normal just 14 hours after being placed in the tank? Should I do anything or wait it out a few days? I'm wondering if it's a normal stress response. What do you think? By the way, all of my water parameters are within normal limits.
