Townsend Angelfish with What Seems like Fin Rot

I noticed that my juvenile Townsend angelfish has what seems to be fin rot. Its fins are rotting and I can see some white film-like stuff on part of its body.

Yesterday, I noticed that it had broken fins, and thought it was bitten by its tankmates. And today, I decided to separate it from the rest of the crowd in the tank and start medication.

My questions are:
(1) What disease does it have?
(2) What medication should I use? (Currently I have Seachem ParaGuard, MetroPlex, Focus and KanaPlex, API Furan-2)

The fish is about about 2.5 inches long, and was bought 2 weeks ago. At the time it lived alone in a temporary tank because I did not have a place for it them. It stayed there until 2 days ago. Throughout the time, it ate and acted normally.

The current tank has no NO2 and very low NO3 since I use zeovit. And there is no coral or invertebrate in it right now.
