TP all of the sudden fighting

I have had a "paired" set of true percs for a few months now in my 125 with no problems. All of the sudden, for the past few days the smaller one keeps chasing and nipping the other one. Why all of the sudden the change in behavior??

They are getting ready to spawn, keep an eye out for extreme fighting but it sounds like they are getting frisky.
