Had a bit of bryopsis pop back up so I went to 1900 mag and low light for 3 weeks. Trachy started showing recession a few days ago. Did first water change on Sunday and have slowly started bringing light up (currently at 120 PAR at trachy)

Shut off all circulation and tried feeding LRS nano. Got the tentacles to come out some and got the food to stick, but it won't actually eat. Have tried day and night feeding.

Should I cut out the old skeleton or let it do its thing? Wanted to get opinions on before throwing chems at it.

The slime blobs mean it has an infection and needs to be dipped. Do you have any revive?

The infection isn't the cause of it looking bad, just a result of whatever is wrong with your water. It's not a lighting thing and personally I'd be extremely hesitant to put a receding coral under higher light. Either way don't cut the skeleton off or it'll just stress more.

What are your parameters?
