Hey guys, im pretty new to Reef central and I hope u guys can help me. I recently purchased a green trachy about three days ago. It was doing okay for the first day, not as inflated as I would like but on the second day I noticed brown strings coming from its mouths ????? Then in front of me it seemed to deflate and then a ton of brown stringy material came out of its mouths. Now I have been in this hobby for a couple of years but Im still learning. Needless to say I dont know what is going on. Is this normal or is it stressing or is it dying ?????????? I dont have a clue. I tried to look up symptoms but it didnt help. When I get home I will upload pics but the episode was yesterday so they may not even help. I will post my parameters as well when i get home. But my SG was normal according to my hydrometer but not sure what the number was. Please guys help me out, that thing was expensive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry, it was pooping or adjusting to your lighting by releasing some of the symbiotic algea that help feeds the coral.
