transfer Anemone to another rock?

I have a anemone, don't know the name, it appears to be very like this one

)

It is overgrowing my 75G mix reef and started to attack my SPS, I have somebody willing to take it, but it is attached to a huge rock. How can I transfer the anemone to a small rock?

condylactis. Patience is the best way. Try lifting a very small corner of it leg off the rock, and gradually applying upward pressure. Otherwise, people have used ice cubes, and direct blowing by a powerhead to try to get then to move to better locations.

Condys are VERY hardy and can be pushed around a bit so you could go a bit more ruff with this one but still be VERY carefull!
