transferable waranty

I just bought two used (under 1 yr) vortecs from a fellow reefer. Does the waranty transfer? I dont have any problems , just curious. If so, what should i do to make that change?

It is transferrable. What I would do is get a copy of the original receipt from the purchaser, have him sign or initial the date he sold it to you. That would be the easiest way. If no receipt we go by the serial number date on the controller. Warranty is 1 year but of course time is added for shelf time and transit time.
