Transferring Fish from QT

Ok i have a Lemon Peel Tang that has been in Cupramine for 35 days. He is now ready for the main display.

1. Should i use Cuprisorb to remove the copper from QT first with fish in it and then transfer to the Main Display.

or

2. Can i just transfer the fish without removing the copper? It will be going in a 120 gallon tank. I'm sure the amount of copper on the fish alone could not hurt the main display but i'm unsure.

Just want to do this right.

I would use Cuprisorb to remove all the copper before transferring the fish. Copper is highly toxic to invertebrates, and I wouldn't risk any getting into the DT.

I agree, get the cooper out. Also I would leave the fish in there for another 2 weeks to make sure it's ok. Cooper is known to masked other diseases and once out the cooper they appear their ugly face. Guess what, now it's in your DT!
