Translucent bugs in sump. Please help!!

Hi I had my reef tank since last sept. I recently seen these pest or bugs taking over my sump. I have no idea what they are. If anyone can help please tell me what they are. View attachment 405734

Pineapple sponges. Harmless filter feeders.

And the little spirals are spirorbid worms. Also filter feeders and harmless
