treating angel with brown bumps

Can it seem my angel has brown bumps (could be worms), does anyone know what I can treat it while it is in QT?

Could be bacterial, try antibiotics.

It seems to be some kind of brown poping out of the skin ( kind of like human blackhead )

The pics are only showing fainted spots.

I know is some kind of brown worms.

Try furan2 or maracyn2. Buy a book on fish diseases.

after further looking it doesn't seem to be black ich. Is like a sesame seed (not a black spot) .
