Treating blackspot in a fish only system

Hi was wondering if anyone had any tips on the best way to treat blackspot. Is a fresh water dip to remove the parasites followed by a formalin bath the way to go? unfortunately there isn't a quarantine setup so they would be going back into the same water but luckily it is a fish shop setup with bare tanks run with bioballs, so could i just freshwater dip and then add the formalin to the rack?
Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks.
