Treating ich in 215 display

I had a bad hair algae outbreak in my 215 display. And have also been living with ich since in the hobby 4 years ago.

I decided to sell off all my coral, remove all my live rock to "cook" in a brute trashcan with heat/pump for the next 72 days while the hair algae dies and ich dies.

I left the sandbed and put some pvc fittings for hiding spots for my fish

Scopus tang
Yellow tang
Niger trigger
Humu trigger
Melanurus wrasse
2 clownfish

My plan to is to treat with copper power for 3-4 weeks. And then after treatment run carbon for another 4 weeks.

Then reintroduce the live rock that's been "cooking"

My questions are...

Can I run my skimmer with the copper?

Can I run my uv sterilizer with the copper?

How bad of an ammonia spike will I have now that I removed all the live rock?

Would it make more since to just do hyposalinity?
