Treating Ich

Has anyone tried Kordon Ich Attach as a treatment for ich? Says it is an organic alternative and is safe for corals and inverts. Any input will be helpful. Thanks!

I don't think any real ich treatment is 100% reef safe. I would quarantine and do hypo salinity. If you can't do that just feed them a lot and keep the water quality perfect. Hopefully the fish can fight it off with its immune system.

Ive actually been using it for a week now when a few fish starting showing. It hasn't harmed any inverts or coral in the tank, and the two minor infections seem to have cleared up but my blue tang hasn't seemed to get any better. I'm about to move it to my qt and do hypo.

So It is reef safe but not the most effective treatment. HTH
