treating my volitan...

I have a volitan that has dull patchy colors and he has white speaks or smears like he is rolled in flower maybe and he still eats but I would like to know what he has and what to treat him with

How long have you had the fish?

What are the water parameters ("fine" doesn't get it here)?

Has anything changed in terms of setup or tankmates?

What are you feeding it?

Are you sure the fish isn't shedding its cuticle? They can look and act pretty oddly during this time.
