Treating QT tank with live rock w mushrooms

I have Live Rock w/ mushrooms in my QT tanks to help the fish while they are in QT. I plan on starting one round of Prazi this week / tomorrow as the fish have adjusted and are feeding. They have been in QT for 2+ weeks.

How will Prazipro affect the rock and mushrooms? How will Cupramine effect the rock and mushrooms. I am nervous about ammonia spike? I would love to get rid of the mushroom I am infested and it covers all of my rocks. One fish is a mandarin so I have in Qt w/ live rock and cheato (sp?) for food. the other fish is a jawfish so the rock is to help him build his burrow which he did.. and he is super happy.

I am debating about treating w/ cupramine b/c of the effect on the fish and rock?

Copper will kill mushrooms and inverts including copepods. Live rock also makes it difficult to maintain therapeutic levels of copper. Prazi will tick off the mushrooms but they'll be ok after a few hours.

THIS is driving me nuts. OK TT method for my mandarin then b/c he can not survive in a tank with out copepods...

TT Question - So if I have him in a 5 gallon bucket with filter running... when I empty out tank... can I re-use the live rock after I rinse it off? IF the ich falls to the floor in the morning... if I take fish out... and rinse Live rock with clean salt water.. can I reuse? the goby picks his mandarins off of the rock? and the jawfish needs the rocks for his home? I do have PVC pipes but for these two fish not sure they will be happy?

The mandy does have a white spot on his fin? and a torn fin with some white on it. i can't tell if it is ich or not?

You can not use anything from the main including the live rock. Even if you rinse it off ich can encyst on the live rock and hatch on any given day. For the Jawfish I would go to an LFS or a fellow reefer and get some rubble. Can you take a pic of the mandarin's fin? Although mandarins can get ich they are somewhat immune to it. My mandarin has quite a few white dots...it's just his coloring. Can you get any bottled pods or chaeto from an LFS?
