Treating Scribbled Angel for cloudy eyes

My new scribbled angelfish has suddenly developed two cloudy eyes. It's almost completely white in just two days. It was eating really well until today where I found it in a corner just treading water with slightly increased breathing. The pectoral fins are frayed but the rest of the body looks good. At this point it is hovering in one spot and almost completely blind. All other fish are fine.

It's in a 120g with 8 other smaller tangs/angels where I do weekly 30% water changes. It's over skimmed with a lot of carbon. Tank is mainly fed on flakes and pellets 3 times a day.

I fear that it's a bacterial infection and I need to treat it with some antibiotics to save it's eyes. The research I've done has suggested Furan 2 or Maracyn 2. Is one better than the other for cloudy eyes? I plan on treating the entire display tank. Please advise on which med is better and/or if there is another med you would suggest besides these two.

This could also be flukes. The display should not be dosed with antibiotics. The best course of action is to remove the fish, FW 10 minute bath, then move to a quarantine tank.

If it is flukes you will see them fall off the fish during the FW bath, then treat with prazi-pro... if antibiotics are the course needed Furan-2 IME is a bit more effective than Maracyn 2.

I have a feeling it was flukes that was the problem which cause this secondary infection.
A separate quarantine tank is not an option unfortunately, the tank is already on it's second day of Prazi-pro. Just the antibiotics left is what I figure.

Flukes can be the cloudy eyes, but if already dosing prazi then could be bacterial. INO a quarantine tank is just as important as any other peice of equipment for long term success. A QT will cost a fraction of what the duboulayi in question did.

Follow directions on the box, will require daily water changes. Use entire treatment duration even if no possitive results are present.

Yesterday I started treating the tank with Melafix instead of the Maracy2 or Furan 2. I stopped feeding the tank for two days now. At this point, 24hrs later after the first treatment, the completely white eyes has cleared up somewhat, perhaps 30% better. It is slowly moving around the tank and when I tried feeding flakes, it triggered a response and it was able to snatch up some pieces. It still cannot see clearly and is missing most of the food. About to do the second dosage and hopefully more improving by tomorrow.
