Treating sick clowns

Have two clowns with dense pod-like growths on their fins and gills. They are acting normal, high energy and eating fine.

Have a 10g QT set up, it it big enough for both of them. I simply don't have room for anything bigger in this apartment. Should I treat the reef, and relocate the corals to the 10g, or should I treat the fish in the 10g?

The growths are dense and not "cottony".

The clowns are new. Apparently all of my parameters are normal aside from spG which was 1.035. I have had them since last Friday.

I have moved the clowns to a qt and slowly acclimated them to 1.025. I have also begun dropping the reef tank down to 1.025.

These two clowns are the only fish I own.

Some of the growths are disappearing/shrinking. Some new tiny black dots have formed (seen these come and go on these clowns before).

Good to hear about the growths. Can you post a pic of the little black dots? Do you have any corals that could sting?
