Tridacna when having a puffer??

I have a Valentini Canthigaster puffer and I'm thinking about gettin a Tridacna clam. Will the puffer try to eat the clam?

mine did..had to take the puffers and put them in the aggressive...

Like leaving a fat kid in an enclosed room with a big mac sandwich... LOL
