I need some advice, my trigger is bloated, lethargic and not eating. He was originally breathing heavy, but I think that was from fatigue, trying to stay upright. No other fish are sick or showing signs of distress. Dealing with some phosphate, but everything else is good. He began swimming in a swirling motion showing three weeks ago, but was eating and acting mostly normal. Last week he started showing signs of bloating, but he is a pig, i figured he was just having his fare share of food. On August 20, I found him laying on the sand on his side. The first three pictures. He saw me and came and gave a morning greet. Feed the tank and he went the opposite direction. On August he was put in quarantine. The last 2 pictures. His anal gland is protruding but not sure what’s going on. He also appears to be swollen around his dorsal fin. No visual injuries. He is about 6-7 years old and was the king of the tank, now im a little concerned. Any ideas, any advice will help. Thanks
