Trigger in Hypo??

I just got a dog face puffer and a Niger Trigger.

I threw together a QT tank and although it has not cycled the fish seem to be doing fine. I have been doing water changes non stop to keep down the amonia I know that the DF are ich prone and want to know can I hypo the QT with both the DF and the trigger in it?

QT is 10 gallon with 2 pieces of LR. I am willing to sacrifice the LR if need be.

Just observe the fish for now. There is no need to stress the fish with hypo. Keep the fish in QT for at least 4-6weeks. Keep an eye on the ammonia. Get some ammo lock to neutralize it.
