Hi,
Does it exist a trigger that is reef safe?
I mean, completly reef safe.
Does anyone here have one in his or her reef tank?
Thanks!

Your best bet is the Xanthichthys triggers (crosshatch, bluejaw, sargassum). After that the pinktail is probably the next safest (and probably its congener the black durgeon).
Some niger triggers work out well if you get a more docile one, but these are more unpredictable than the others.

Not certain of the name, but I think a surgeon Trigger is reef safe?

Are you thinking of the sargassum trigger (X. ringens)?
"Surgeon" usually refers to tangs, which are also known as surgeonfish.

Yes Xanthichtys triggers are your best bet. Pink tails are cool but they get so damn big and do lots more damage to rock work etc.
