Trip to LA

I happened to be in LA on business a couple weekends ago and since I was driving I was able to stop by couple shops and bring back some nice corals. I stopped at 5 different shops and I have to say the drive to Vivid was worth it.

One of my favorites is this Toxic Table that is settling nicely. Still will gain some color but is already getting brighter.

Some name I forgot monti. It is an encrusting with electric blue and small polyps. Probably so small in my tank cause it is getting high flow.



I got some others that are not coloring up yet so I will update as they start to get good color.

I also got this very friendly Octopus from Strictly Fish. Nice little shop. And some good things for it small saltwater size.

The Octo is named Vince and has been eating live foods well, but has not wanted any frozen foods as of yet. I have high hopes of getting him to over time.

Vivid is a cool shop. They have changed around a lot since the first time a went years ago. Next time you're out there, you should check out age of aquarium and iconic reef.
