Tropic Marin Bio Actif

I just got a bucket of tropic marin bio actif and was wondering if anyone had noticed. Ive had the water mixing for 2 days now and I went to test it today and got these readings.
Alk-9.6
Mag-1000
Ca-400
Im kind of disapointed for a bucket of salt that cost $115. Anyone else test these levels also? Ive been reading up on salt and have heard a lot of good things but was hoping if I spend more I wouldnt have to add things to my water change water. Any imput would be great. Thanks!

theres been breports of all sorts of issues with tropic marin salt . from what i read its fast becoming the salt in the nastiest bear market slide.

That sucks. Im thinking Ill use this bucket and just adjust the levels then switch to something new.

Make sure you dry mix thoroughly before mixing synthetic salt ... The different elements tend to settle out separately from eachother

Just be lucky you alk is at 9 not 4.5 like the tmpr has been and I gave the regular a try and mag and is just like that LOW and in mine calc was 380 barely.

I mixed my regular & pro with a bunch of oceanic I had on hand... when it's gone I'm switching back to either IO or Salinity.
