Tropic Marin Pro Reef

Anybody using Tropic Marin Pro Reef? Been thinking about pulling a switch after years with Instant Ocean Reef Crystals. Let me know your opinion please, thanks

Hi David, when I went from the old 55 gallon to the 180, I also switched from IO to TMP at the same time. I used to be plagued by nuisance algae in the 55, but never in the 180. Granted, it could have been any number of factors, but I tend to belive it had something to do with the salt change.

TMP is probably a better salt then IO crystals, but its expensive and it isn't carried locally, if your thinking about ordering some, maybe we could orchestrate a group buy and get a discount. I have been wanting to switch, but when I go to do a water change I buy the salt at the same time as my water.
