Trouble finding profilux in software

Hey,

I'm trying to program my profilux 3n with wireless card. It's current firmware is 5.17 and I've tried both versions 5171 and 5172 which are supposed to be for firmware up to 5.17 but neither recognize my profilux. I use the usb cord that was supplied with the unit. The program is not recognizing my profilux. I'm using the tcp/ip connection. I've tried two separate pc computers. Any suggestions?

I've also posted on the aquariumcomputer.com forums but the response time is slow. Any help would be appreciated.

If connecting by USB you need to configure the connection and also install the drivers.

Go to the download section on the GHL site and download both drivers.. Please wait for reply on the GHL forum for further support so we dont have two threads open, thanks
