Trouble in Paradise!

Help! i've had a volitans lion for 2 yrs... suddenly a loss of appetite has him floating around aimlessly. we've tried re-arranging landscape for more space; silversides, krill, and everything short of live food (don't want to have to feed live if possible--has been eating these other foods since small). water parameters fine--other fish (blue-faced angel, blue jaw trigger, harlequin tusk, pearl-scale butterfly, etc) are all fine. nothing new added recently. he was happy for >1 yr, then started spitting and splashing over the past few months... now this!! ANY ADVICE??

Tank size? How big are the lion, tusk, and angel?
At the risk of sounding redundant, can you post the actual parameters? Any aggression from the other fish?
Does the lion appear interested in food, as in tries to strike, or is it ignoring what you offer?
Any other physical changes in appearance; color fade, sloughing off skin, tattered fins, etc...?

125 fowlr all fish are @ 6inches except the lion he's @ 10 inches no color loss or anything weird like that just has no interest in eating ..... anything ...... even live food and now i'm afraid he's got a nerological issue because he's having trouble staying horizontal sometimes like it's his swimm bladder that's messed up all of the sudden . Please understand that the tank has been set up for @ 3 years/with him in it and all of the parameters are fine nothing has gone asque and all other fish are just fine so i have since put the lion back in the quarntine tank(a 55 gallon) and i have got an antibiotic in there so i guess it's up to him now. Thanks for your suggestions only time will tell .
