Trouble with 6100

I am running two 6100's with a multicontroller.
One of the units quit running, so I took it apart and gave it a good cleaning. When i power up the system, it won't run, but if I unplug the cord that comes out from the controller to that stream, it starts running. What am I doing wrong?

Did it work previously? If so, it is possible the cord is bad (got wet), the driver got wet, the controller got wet, the driver speed was turned down, or the pumps need to be unplugged, connected to the controller and then replugged in. Also make sure the foodtimer isn't pressed or a program that alternates isn't selected.
