Hi all. I'm sooooo close to setting up my tank. I wanted to do a trial run with my radions since I've seen so many threads on issues getting them set up. Well, I'm no different. Took me a while to just figure out how to get the ESL and connection manager working properly, and now I'm having trouble programming the lights. I have been able to connect to the lights, and even demo them from my laptop. I wanted to download the program into the lights, and I keep getting a time out message. This is what I see....
I've tried restarting the computer, unplugging the radions, replugging and any combo you can think of, but it keeps timing out. I thought the program got in there earlier, but lights should be on now and are off.
Another thing to add, is that during this fiasco, 2 of the 3 Radion Pros were displaying a low intensity blue, while the third (plugged into laptop) was off.
Any suggestions? I feel like I need to reset everything, but not sure I know how to do it. Any help appreciated. Will call Ecotech next week, but hoping to figure it out before then. THANKS!:wave:
