Trouble with rapidled light

I just hung my rapidled light that I had in my bio cube over my fuge. It worked fine in the bio cube connected to reef keeper elite alc module. When I hooked it back up I can only get the blues to ramp up. I can see the whites have power cause the are glowing but not putting out any light. They will not ramp up whatever I do. What could be the cause of this?

I'm thinking that there may not be enough thermal grease on each led as I have moved them around to mount the heat sink. I also lost two of the set screws and used other screws i had so it may not be sitting flush against the heat sink. Would either if these cause it to do this? I should note that on the alc module it shows the whites ramping, however, they are not

I don't know enough about DA, but what happens when you swap the dimming cable positions? Pm coming too.

I should note that when I get it working right a number of the blues will be switched out to reds

I tried swapping the positions. Didn't matter. Blues worked each time

Resolved. Appears to be a bad dimming cable

It's not the cable. I pressed on one of the LEDs in a certain area and then the string lights up. It seems flush with the heat sink. Any solutions?

Maybe a short in the soldering? Bring it to the swap!!

Demmit! I keep forgetting that...so if you bypass that one led that you pressed, does it function like it's supposed to?

Agree try to bypass.... I've had a few bad factory solders.... (Rapid puts the LEDs on the stars)
