True(perc)love

Well after I lost my BTA eariler this week, I had to go to the LFS for some saltwater(no ro unit for me yet). As I was shopping aroung I heard the voice of a little perc "take me home". Ahhhh...he was perfect. Smaller than my female and submitting to the other clown in the tank. I caved and baught him. I acclamated him in the bag and the two met each other and seemed to hit it off. So I kept him in a breeder net for24 hours. I came home and my girl wouldnt leave his side!!! So I let him out. In about 10 minutes they were in love. They even stayed together the first night. So just wanted to share my happy story after a sad one. Happy reefing.

My soon to be female oc is kicking the poo out of my soon to be male. It's getting to be excessive, and i'm half-way worried because the male will go to the sand bed and start panting heavily. I'm wondering if it is from the stress, because my parameters are stable and perfect.

I did the same thing. I had a clown alone in my tank for abut 2 years. I purchased a grbta and a small male and now they both live happily. Congrats
