Can anyone tell if my tumpet is heathy or not? All the other lps in my tank are doing great

It doesn't look supper happy to me... I'd move it to a very low light and flow position and try to remove the algae and feather dusters with a razor blade (be careful). I had one that was shrinking away just like this, and it made a full recovery in a few weeks after doing what I suggested above. They really love shade so don't worry about putting it in the shade.

Agree with all of the above. Taking it out of the tank and carefully applying hydrogen peroxide to the bony stalk with an eye dropped or dabbed with a cotton swab works well too. A minute or two contact time & a quick SW rinse will do the job.

Yes, it's surprising how much they like the shade! Yours still has the potential to thrive IMO.
