Trying to Identify White Marks on Goby

Hello all.

In the last week I noticed that one of my mated pair of yellow watchmen gobies has some sorta strange white marks on his/her one side.

None of the other fish in my tank have this condition, and it's appearance was rather sudden. I'm not sure what it is... here are some grainy picks that I took (I wish I could get better ones but alas, no camera).

My girlfriend thinks that they may be some sorta of parasitic flukes or some kinda flatworm... but I'm not sure.

Treating the little bugger is going to be tough since he hides in the caverns that the pistol shrimp digs out for them.

They look like white patches on his body...sorta like white out paper correction fluid. They are not raised like mountains... but look somewhat "wrinkled" like they have a slight wave look to them.

Any ideas?
