Trying to setup controller for emails

I use USB connection for controller to comp. I am running firmware 5m and software 5.0.0.9. I use gmail for emails also. So my question is what do I put in these boxes

mailserver SMTP ???
my name of course my name
my email address do I use my gmail address?

do I click mailserver requires authentification?
then in these do I use my gmail email address as the user name and my password for the password?

Also it says PORT 25 standard do I have to do anything here?

Any and all help would be great this is about the only thing I have not gotten to work with messing and help from others along the way.

Then I type the email address I want it sent to as recipient and I can specify what I want sent and also when.

Also I need the SMS module to send text messeges correct but it will do emails without it?

yes yes broken record but its there for a reason and split support does not work

Everyone needs the sms unit but you do not need it for emailing

also when I hit test a black screen comes up saying windows\system32\cmd.exe

ok I think I got it working... But we shall see when the set time comes if it still works as my program freezes up after a long pause of using it.

Got it to send emails when I hit test. Now the problem I have and have always had with the software is that is freezes up and doe snot work after a short time... This is starting to **** me off.... So in other words it does not work because the software always fails...

If you went to the GHL support froum you would not get so P**** off as the answers are published there

Please please use that forum for support, support is not answered here and by not going there you are not seeing the answers to most questions already published.

I really am sorry i just do not have the time to copy and paste every support case from there to here, or answer questions in both forums its impossible, i hope you understand.
