Is it possible to use tank transfer method on two new fish at the same time in the same tanks? Not sure if this is safe or not. I am kind of thinking not but curious if others have done this successfully.

Thanks Eric

Yes you can TTM more than 1 fish at a time. Be sure you add them at the same time and move them at the same time. The more fish the more ammonia so keep an (*.*) on it. Unless they are fighters you should be fine. If they are fighting i would think about trading the bully in to avoid problems down the road.

Agreed. More than one is fine. I've done 4 at a time.

As long as you don't go longer than about 72 hrs between transfers, any ich that has fallen off the fish won't get a chance to reattach again.

Just did two small clowns in 5 gallon buckets a couple months ago. Doing great in QT now.

Just adjust your tank/bucket size as needed if your doing larger or more fish, and be aware as others have mentioned of different species that won't get along together in tiny spaces.
