TTM Without A Net

Hey Guys -

I have read through here a few times that some prefer not to use a net when moving fish during the TTM. How the heck are you catching them? I assume you don't want any of the water to transfer with the fish...

drain all the water out of the tank until there is only a inch or two and use a colander, they make several that are rectangular shaped. Or i will often transfer the fish by hand

I drilled some holes in a old Tupperware container same idea as a colander.

Colanders with square corners (you will understand why once you use one) are the best.

I go the tupperwear method with drilled holes. I like the clear ones, the fish seem to swim right into them...maybe they can't see them as well trying to get away from my hand.
