Tube Anemone

Hello RC,

I have a fishless nano and am planning on getting some sort of anemone shrimp when the cycle finishes. I know my limits on nems in such small tanks, and I may get a mini mini carpet, but I really don't get the fascination with them. They just look like ricordia to me (plzdontkillme! haha).

I like the look of the sand dwelling tube anemones much more. Would an anemone shrimp host in one?

After doing more research, I've answered my own question. This can be deleted, sorry for the waste of thread space! lol

Still might get one...they're very pretty.

These are non-photosynthetic creatures, so you may have more luck searching in the NPS forum.

FWIW, they need a DEEP sand bed to survive. They are very beautiful, though.
