Tube anemone

Hi everyone.

I had a pink tube anemone ( the tube casing is soft)
And i had a hard tube coco worm and for some reason the coco worm disappeared.

Can anyone advise me, will it be fine if i get my tube anemone to settle into the hard tube left by the coco worm? ( is it safe to settle inside)

Most coco worms starve/die in our tanks the tube worm will in my opinion not fit in the shell. They like to be buried in soft silty sand. cool nems though. they will not host anything as far as I know, eat them yes

i would not think a tube anemone would be happy for very long in a coco worm shell.
BTW fun fact. did you know tube anemones are not actually anemones???

Thank for all the replies everybody. Deeply appreciated .
There was one time, i actually pull out the tube anemone from its soft skin shell while trying to rearrange my rock. I was in shock, so i leave it on top of its shell, hoping it will hop in. LOL
Days later, i discover it actually reform a new layer of soft shell again.

But i enjoy seeing it grab flowing mysis shrimp .......

In the past the trick was to put them in a not too long piece of PVC tubing until they can rebuild their tube. The tube needs to be burried in sand.
