Tube for feeding?

Is there any way to feed the fish easier? I hate to turn off everything just for 10mins to feed the fish. from my research, I found this feeding tube about 15-20bucks. It can put side of the tank, it seems a good way to feed the fish without turning off equipment and easier to clean the left-over from the tube. Is any reefer using it? if not, do you think this will work?

why do you shut down your pumps while feeding ? I've never shut anything down for feeding. Maybe I'm wrong on that , but my thought is the ocean doesn't go still when it's feeding time. plus it spreads the food through out the tank so everyone can get some. I would think if you used that , the more aggressive fish would keep the more timid fish from eating . But like I said . I could be way off base..

my tank is small 34G, if I don't shut off the return pump, the food will be go into overflow in few minutes. also, if I don't turn off or slow down the MP20, all food will be caught by the pump foam guard in 2 minutes. If I feed frozen food using this tube, I expect the food will fall off from the tube slowly

Looks like the same concept as a feeding ring. It would require that you have fish that will feed from the surface, though.

I turn off my powerheads when feeding, that way some falls to the bottom for the gobies and I can target feed the corals and pistol shrimp.
