Atlantis usually sells them for $15 per polyp. Still trying to spread mine to other rubble rocks...

I know there are a couple of people in the club with them, but I haven't seen any frags for sale lately. I also know John at Yourreef has some thay he is trying to grow out at the moment. I tried to get him to part with a couple, but someone got to the frag befor I did.. That was a month or so ago, so it might be worth a call to see if he has anymore.

The history is probably like the rest of the coral out there... either people cherry picked it or got lucky at a shop... were the first person to at that point really have them so they named it

I truly love the tubs though... IMO best blues out there.

How much are they at Johns?
